About Naylan Joi 

Naylan Joi is one of Dallas, Texas's most sought after hair stylists. With 27 years of experience in the Hair and Beauty Industry, and as a salon owner, Naylan has built a solid reputation and client list based on natural talent, hard work, and impeccable results. Naylan has a heart for the business of beauty. 

 

For far too long, the beauty industry has not generally received the respect it deserves. However, Naylan uses her degree in Business Administration along with her experience in salon ownership to push the field of beauty to the next level of professionalism. She’s paved the way for the younger generation of hair stylists and continues to impress upon them the importance of consistency and education in the field. She’s made great strides in marketing and advertising for the field and continues to be a Master hair stylist who is trusted by many.

Naylan is an expert in Natural Hair Care and Healthy Hair Care. She is also expanding her presence in the field of hair extensions by offering in-house and online hair extensions. She believes in professionalism, timeliness and giving her clients the utmost respect they deserve.
 

As of January 1, 2022, Naylan serves on the Advisory Board of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Cosmetology and Barber division.

Naylan is also a certified Sisterlocks(tm) consultant.

Additionally, Naylan is a Spiritual Director, certified by the SMU School of Theology. She has an enthusiasm for teaching the word of God. She has experience in public speaking, teaching Bible studies, children's ministries, preaching and  Christian mentorship. She is a 2017 graduate of the S.A.L.T. Women's Mentorship Class under the instruction of Minister Charita Howard.
